Payments with Orange Nation

For all of our treks and tours we require a deposit of $200 per person, the balance is payable when you arrive to Cusco. Please note that all of our tours are priced in US currency.

We use PayPal for sending deposits, that way you can use your credit card. PayPal charges a 5.5% service fee (for the international transfer), so the total deposit per person ends up being $211 per person and should be sent to orangenationperu@gmail.com

When we receive your booking form details and deposit via PayPal, we will send you a booking invoice and confirmation that we have received your deposit and your tour has been booked.

Step by Step Instructions on Booking a Tour With Orange Nation Peru

1: Choose how many people you are making deposits for

2: Click on our Pay Now button

3: Fill in your name, address and phone number

4: Be sure your details are accurate and press confirm

5: Be sure your details are accurate and press Pay Now

6: Enter your card details and click on the Pay button

Note:Be sure to submit the following Book Now form telling us which tour and date you are booking, and any personal preferences!

Final balance payments

Please pay your balance at least 24 to 48 HOURS in advance if possible

  • 1.If you would like to avoid the high credit card fees in Peru, you may pay in cash at our office (US dollars or Peruvian soles) here in Cusco. There are many ATMS within the historical center to withdraw money. You can also pay by VISA or PAYPAL online but you will have to pay a 5.5% service fee, charged by VISA and PAYPAL.  To pay your balance through PAYPAL, you need to log into your PAYPAL account and use our email address info@orangenationperu.com 
  • 2.However, if you want to pay in USD or Nuevo Soles cash which is highly appreciated and avoids the service fee, you can come to our office the eve of your briefing to pay or arrive early at your briefing to pay. So, if you do not arrive in Cusco 24 hours in advance to pay in cash, please let us know by email and you can pay by 17 hours before the start of your briefing .

    Deposit for any 1 day Tour & trek to Machu Picchu or any standar tour or trek to Machu Picchu  -$211 USD

    We request a deposit of $200 USD + 5.5 % service fee that PAY TO PERU for the following tours & treks: Any tour to Machu Picchu, Inca Trail 1, 2, 4, 5 Days, Lares Hike, Salkantay Trail, Choquequirao trek. (Does Not Include Huayna Picchu Or Machu Picchu Mt.)

    Deposit for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 days  Inca Trails with Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mt.  -$290 USD

    We request a deposit of $200  USD+ $75 USD (Huayna Picchu) + 5.5 % service fee that PAY TO PERU , which is a total of $286 USD for the following treks: 2, 3, 4, 5,  or 7 days Inca Trails to Machu Picchu + Huayna Picchu Mt (extra hike at Machu Picchu) or Machu Picchu Mountain (hike to Machu Picchu Mountain).

    Deposit for any day Tour - $53 USD

    We request a deposit of $50 USD +  5.5 % service fee that PAY TO PERU  charges ($3 USD), which is in total $53 USD for the following day tours: City Tour, Sacred Valley, Maras/Moray, South Valley, Mountain Bike, Rainbow Mountain.

    Deposit for Any tour package with 2 or more nights of 2* or 3* Hotels -$ 316 USD

    We request a deposit of $300 USD +  5.5 % service fee that PAY TO PERU  charges ($16 USD), which is a total of $316 USD this amount of deposit is ONLY for tours and tour packages, it does apply to treks which have hotels included.

    Deposit for Any 5 days or more tour packages with 4* or 5* Hotels -$ 525 USD

    We request a deposit of $500 USD +  5.5 % service fee that PAY TO PERU  charges (USD $25), which is a total of US$525 for 5 days or more tour packages with 4* or 5* hotels.

    Deposit for any Tour or Trek to Machu Picchu 

    We request a deposit of USD $200 for the following tours & treks: Any tour to Machu Picchu, Inca Trail, Lares Hike, Salkantay Trail, Choquequirao trek.
